Mixed actions are those which, to some extent, correspond both to the previous classes and in an appropriate manner, and are therefore not duly reducible for any of them, since they are levied for the specific recovery of land, dwelling houses or inheritances, as well as for damages for violations in relation to such property. Actions, D 4. Every mixed action, rightly called that, is also a real action. The ejection action is a personal act, and previously a count for an attack and battery could be combined with a count for the restoration of a year term in the country. 7. Shares shall also be divided into local and temporary shares. 1. A local action is an action in which the place still needs to be moved to the county where the advocacy was actually raised. The place of action is in some cases based on common law principles, in others on statutory law.
8. Of those that persist locally under the common law, 1. all actions in which the object or thing to be restored is of a local nature. Various actions that do not involve the direct recovery of land or apartment buildings are also local, according to the common law; because they arise from a local subject or from the violation of a local right or interest.
