Submitted after reading all these reports: Arlington Automall – Suzuki Motors Service Dept. IS NOT BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT!! RIPOFF Arlington Texas!! Report Filed: Randall Isenberg TERRIBLE LAWYER DON`T HIRE Dallas Texas!! I was charged with a DWI. I found Mr.
Isenberg on the Internet Before contacting a lawyer, I “googled” to find out my custody. After hiring Shelby Hart at the law firm Coker, “I was always looking for answers to my questions on Google! I was told that an advance of $2500 was needed to start the business. However, they didn`t start anything until I paid them an extra $1500. After less than 30 days, I was presented with an invoice for almost $10,000!! In addition, they charged my credit card over $11,000 without explanation of the additional fees (note: the case has still not been resolved and we have hired a new lawyer). Shelby was arguing with me about my requests. After I finally brought him to contact the opposing counsel, he demanded recognition of the “victory.” It was exhausting! I might as well have been directly involved with my ex! I tried to resolve my billing issues and other concerns with Coker Law Firm. I went to his office in Frisco and met Shelby Hart and Kelly Robb in person. We spent 45 minutes discussing the concerns we had about how some cases had been handled. Kelly Robb seemed to understand some of the problems we had with our representation by Shelby Hart, and she asked me what I thought the bill should be. I told him I didn`t think it should be over $7,000.
She wrote it down, but after a few days I received an email saying she couldn`t find anything wrong with billing.
