The Grays Harbor County District Court consists of two full-time judges, an eight-person administrative staff, and an adult parole board of two.
Judges sit four years after the election by the voters of the county. There are two courtrooms and court offices, one in Montesano in the courthouse and the other in Aberdeen in the Pearsall building. The probation service has its own office in Montesano.
